Got a check wrong? Brands change details, counterfeiters change tactics, and sometimes we simply make a mistake. Corrections are not an embarrassment here — they are the product working as intended.
How to report an error
Email [email protected] with the guide’s URL, the claim you believe is wrong, and any evidence you have (a dated photo of a genuine item, a brand document, a newer production run). Reports with evidence are reviewed first. We aim to respond within 5 working days and to resolve clear factual errors within 10.
What happens next
If the report is right, we update the guide, change its “last updated” date, and add an entry to the log below describing what changed and why. If we disagree, we will explain the sources we relied on. If a brand or seller believes a guide misstates a fact about their product, the same channel applies — we publish risk signals based on documented evidence, and we correct the record when the evidence changes.
